The Joan Kirner Room (boardroom/training space)

Our beautiful, comfortable, adaptable boardroom / training space sits at the heart of OC House.

Named after one of Australia’s most prominent community campaigners, the boardroom brims with ideas and energy, playing host to a variety of training, meetings and events.

This versatile space can be transformed into multiple configuration options, making it perfect for a variety of purposes. Options include:

  • Traditional boardroom style (up to 20 people)

  • Classroom style (up to 20 people)

  • Theatre style (up to 40 people)

On-site catering is available, along with all of the communications facilities you’d expect from a modern building.

The boardroom/training room sits adjacent to the OC House café, meaning your meeting guests can come early or stay late and soak in the OC House vibe.


The OC House Event Space

The operable walls of our boardroom allow us to open up the main space and connect with the reception and café area, making this the ideal space for large special events.

Users of this space get access to all the facilities and catering offered in the boardroom (including audio-visual facilities), with the added benefit of more space for mingling and networking that provides the perfect setting for the less formal aspects of your event.

The OC House Event Space is generally only available after-hours except in exceptional circumstances.


Market Dining Hall

Our stylish market-style kitchen is the perfect space for less formal meet-ups and events.

The Market Dining Hall is only available after hours except in exceptional circumstances. On-site catering is available.
